The P220 was my first real "major" gun and have had it as long as my Glock 17 (over 10 years!) The fit and finish to these guns are superb. They are extremely accurate out to 25 yards or more and they can digest anything from Cor-bon ammo down to Wolf plinking ammo without a problem. My only complaint is the pull from DA to SA is a little heavy. (14lb pull to a crisp 4lb!) If you buy one just remember to practice, practice, practice the DA to SA pull. Honestly, I still do have the tendancy to pull the hammer back for the first shot at the range for a better grouping. If they ever make a SA P220 like their p210 I want to be the first in line!

unfortunately, i could only rate this a 5/5 when it should be a 10/5. Accuracy is unbelievable. No jams, extraction problems, fail to fires this pistol takes it all. After putting close to 5000 rounds through it, it's more accurate and even more reliable. i've shamed the renouned custom made 1911s more times than i can count on both hands and feet. When i let them use my gun, their accuracy was greatly improved and they all left me with the P220 as their next "must have" gun. If you have smaller hands, you might want to think of a p239 or p225 because this .45 definately was built for medium to large hands. i put hogue rubber grips on and i almost wet myself. SIGs might be expensive but the quality is unsurpassed by any other manufacturer on the market. period.
